While growing up in the kitchen alongside her mother, Gloria Carter, Chef Brandy learned how to cater to any appetite from an early age!! Her mother taught her diverse recipes and shared the family’s secret ingredient; cooking each dish with her heart and soul. It is safe to say that a lifelong passion for cooking was instilled in her by her mother. In 2010, Brandyβs beloved mother passed away. The passing of her mother Gloria became the driving force to carry on her love for cooking, and honor the memory of the woman that taught her so much.

In 2014, Chef Brandy had a strong desire to turn her passion and her love for cooking into a professional catering business. With over 25 years of culinary experience, Chef Brandy is now founder and CEO of Consuela’s Kitchen! And NOW also, the Co-Owner of πͺππππππ ππππ π π½πππ. Clients say Chef Brandy always gets the job done deliciously. She is committed to catering to any and all appetites, and always provides impeccable service.Β

Cherae has always had a love and passion for the creative side of things. It started off at a young age where she would find enjoyment in creating different types of DIY projects, which she has now carried along into her adulthood… just now creating BIGGER projects. She has always found the ultimate satisfaction in taking something that was once basic and plain and transforming it into the most beautiful and elegant creation.

Cherae didnβt have the βtypicalβ business story where this was always a dream of hers. But through her self/spiritual journey in search of her true self… she was led to the event industry and has now unlocked gifts, talents, and a true passion within her that she never once knew. She now loves expressing herself through her art in designing events and creating a vibe and experience for her clients to remember. She is the owner of Valor Venue, and now Co-Owner of πͺππππππ ππππ π π½πππ.
